Monochrome

For MONOCHROME pop-up by OATLY at The Space Ku'damm, RAT translated a strict monochromatic green brief into a tangible culinary installation, reimagining the brand's visual language as an immersive, plant-based topography. To display this edible world, we designed custom flying trays and the PARASITE structure attached to a 70's Cadillac Eldorado, developed in collaboration with YONT Studio. These bespoke elements hosted a highly detailed textural landscape. On the PARASITE, an edible diorama populated with cacao terrain, avocado-lime sponge cake, and jalapeño gel. The CLOUD sits alongside green shards, tapioca pearls, basil caviar, and vegan cheese balls. Bound by a cohesive color scheme, all recipes incorporated OATLY’s products, distilling a purely visual palette into a multi-layered edible experience.
