Blue Velvet

An immersive dining performance where food, live music, and cinema merged into a staged experience. Drawing from David Lynch’s visual language, the event featured red roses, neon glows, and the tactile allure of blue and crimson velvet. Hosted at Lab der Musik in Berlin Neukölln, the evening followed the structure of operatic acts, punctuated by live musical performances. The menu acted as a series of edible vignettes, echoing the contrasts of Lynch’s world. Tables in midnight-blue reflected candlelight and neon, blurring the lines between visual set-pieces and culinary craft. By the final act, the supper became a living scene: a dreamlike frame where taste, sound, and vision existed as one.
