Dialogue Banquet

A spatial and interactive journey into the heart of European food culture. Developed for the European Union campaign “LOVE IT, HATE IT, TRUST IT,” this installation by RAT brings the unseen infrastructure of EU food safety into the light. While taste is fiercely personal, our culinary repertoire is supported by a vast, silent architecture of regulations. The project translates the pillars of the European Food Safety Authority into a tangible experience, proving that rigorous scientific evaluation is the foundation of TRUST. This backbone allows us to safely navigate visceral feelings of LOVE or HATE. Guests are invited to move through three conceptual stations, each challenging the boundaries of history, biology and perception.
