Edible Landscape

Edible Landscape emerges from the encounter between landscape architecture and food, translating TOPOTEK1’s design language into an edible terrain. Starting from the chromatic map of the Superkilen project—red, green, black and white—the installation unfolds as a sequence of “rooms” arranged on a black circular table, reflecting Topotek’s recurring use of spatial compartmentalization as a landscape strategy. Each room interprets a fragment of the landscape through edible forms, colors, and materials: A pink dome of beetroot–anchovy butter, accompanied by uniquely shaped bagels, recalls Topotek’s inflatable structures; stone, marble, brick, and cobblestone samples become surfaces for small bites.
