Vöslauer Brunch

at König Galerie

At St. Agnes, the brutalist home of König Galerie, RAT presented ‘BRUTALIST STREAMS,’ a tailored brunch concept developed for the water brand Vöslauer. The installation established a dialogue between the gallery’s imposing architectural rawness and the fluid, sculptural identity of the water, softening concrete through reflection and movement. We utilized moss as a connective tissue, bridging the concrete brutality of the space with the organic essence of nature. These moss sculptures, inspired by the monumental forms of artist Ayako Rokkaku, inhabited the tablescape like living outcrops. For the menu, we translated Vöslauer’s identity into a personalized, non-alcoholic drinks pairing.
